Abstract | A study assessed the divergent thinking and leadership characteristics of 116 Chinese secondary students nominated by their schools to participate in university gifted programs in Hong Kong, 60 of whom participated in the Creative Leadership Training Program (CLTP). Results indicate CLTP participants gained confidence as leaders, especially in communication. (Contains references.) (Author/CR) |
