Abstract | Presented in this document are data on the interest patterns of post-secondary vocational education students as collected by means of the Minnesota Vocational Interest Inventory (MVII). Assuming that workers in a given occupation possess certain likes and dislikes in common which differ from those of workers in other occupations, this interest inventory accomplishes for nonprofessional groups what the Strong and the Kuder do for professional groups. Included are charts portraying: (1) MVII Homogeneous Key Training Success Norm Profiles, (2) MVII Homogeneous Key Employment Success Norm Profiles, (3) Raw Score Homogeneous Key Means, Standard Deviations and Number of Observations for Groups Used in Preparing Training Success Norms, (4) Raw Score Homogeneous Key Means, Standard Deviations and Number of Observations for Groups Used in Preparing Employment Success Norms, and (5) MVII - Homogeneous Key Student Profile Sheet.
