| Abstract | The crisis in education, in school and in preparing the future specialists for different fields of activity is a continuous preoccupation for many states even for the most developed ones. In this context, in the field of pedagogy and education there have been a series of questions for many decades. Some of them are the following: Is there a real crisis of education, or it can not be surpassed even with the participation of many peoples and international organisations? Or can we talk about a crisis of pedagogy? Some specialists consider that we can talk about both problems and others about a crisis of educational practice, a step of confusions, of an inadequate educational process towards the demands of modern society. This book tries to answer the questions previously presented and to make some considerations, to offer suggestions regarding the rationalization of one complex, difficult and necessary activity - mankind education.
