| Abstract | "The Forum on Education of the European Physical Society was set up in 1993 as part of an interdivisional Group on Education, consisting also of a very extensive student exchange program, the European Mobility Scheme for Physics Students (EMSPS). The Forum aimed at mapping and hopefully extending the involvement of the National Societies in pre-university physics education. Since a couple of years university physics education is studied by EUPEN, a thematic network of physics departments from all EU countries. The talk will be mostly concerned with the present activities of the Forum, but some time will also be devoted to a presentation of the other EPS efforts in physics education matters."
