Abstract	Designed to give adult and teenage students additional practice in listening to, speaking, reading, and writing the patterns of English presented in "Laubach Way to Reading: Skill Book 1," this workbook gives practice in 14 skill areas, all of which are important in mastering English. The workbook includes exercises on singular and plural forms of nouns, and on the use of pronouns, articles, and prepositions. Exercises in the workbook also help students learn verb forms in the simple present and present progressive tenses, as well as to make and answer questions in the affirmative and negative. Listening exercise are included to sharpen the student's ability to hear the difference between singular and plural verb forms and between verb endings. (RS)
